Kara comes by photography naturally.  Growing up with her life on film has proven to develop a passion and knowledge for photography.  Her brother, Josh Meador, is also a professional and published photographer in Portland Oregon.  Prior to moving to the Pacific Northwest, Kara and Josh did much of their work together as a team. 

 

Kara has a love for all things baby, weddings and families and is confident she will capture the love, emotion and personality in your images. Her artistic ability and creativity will not only inspire amazing shots, but will capture the essence of YOU in the photograph.
 

When Kara is not behind the lens professionallly, she is often still shooting photos of her four precious children, working her "real job" in education, and travelling as much as possible.
